I never felt rushed at pick up and everyone took the time to answer any and all questions/concerns I had. Hailey was a rockstar when it came to going over all of my instructions on how to work my tools at home so I could continue my training. Hailey was also extremely observant and knowledgeable at check in time. Claudia and Cassidy are always a pleasure to interact and communicate with on the phone and via email.
