With over six years of hands-on experience working with dogs and more than three years training with Sit Means Sit, Cassidy brings both passion and professionalism to every dog and owner she works with. As a graduate of Sit Means Sit’s intensive training program, she specializes in building clear communication, reliability, and real-world obedience, helping dogs succeed both on and off leash.

Cassidy is a certified AKC evaluator and an experienced therapy dog handler, with a strong interest in canine sports and enrichment. She actively competes and trains with her own dogs across multiple disciplines, giving her a well-rounded, practical approach to behavior and performance.

She currently owns three dogs: Kaya, a Pomsky and certified therapy dog who excels in scent work and obedience; Tucker, a Pit Bull mix with a strong drive for barn hunt; and Samson, a Red Lab who enjoys barn hunt and will be beginning dock diving this upcoming season. Cassidy and Kaya have competed in obedience trials and are preparing for their first NACSW trial.

In her role as Facility Manager, Cassidy ensures a structured, safe, and professional training environment for both dogs and clients, while maintaining the high standards that define Sit Means Sit. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, and spending quality time outdoors with her dogs—reinforcing the balanced, real-life training philosophy she brings into every session.
